Your mission Provide administrative and operational support across our Support Functions teams including HR & Office, Finance, Procurement, and Legal Assist with the coordination and maintenance of documentation, records, and internal systems Support day-to-day business processes and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on action items Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials Track deadlines and support ongoing projects and initiatives across different functions Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and gain exposure to a variety of business topics and projects Your profile Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related field Strong organizational and coordination skills High attention to detail and reliability Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn Why us?
