College of the Marshall Islands Opportunities

CMI offers permanent full-time employees a full tuition waiver for up to six credit hours each semester and eligible dependants up to twelve credit hours each semester, generally excluding audited courses except qualifying Marshallese Studies courses. The waiver is coordinated with Pell, the RMI Scholarship and other available aid, which is deducted from tuition due. No fixed public closing date is stated.

Employees must be permanent full-time CMI employees and meet standard admissions requirements. Eligible dependants include a lawful spouse or an unmarried dependent natural/adopted child under age 25, subject to the policy. Employees and dependants must apply for Pell, RMI Scholarship and other available financial aid for which they may be eligible. Employees need supervisor approval, and recipients must meet the College’s academic requirements including the stated minimum grade condition.
