Provider: Daughters of the American Revolution The scholarship is open to students with financial need who have been accepted to or are attending an accredited school of occupational therapy (including art, music, or physical therapy). Applicants must also meet the below eligibility requirements. Grade Level High School Senior, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior & Graduate Student Academic Interest Music, Healthcare, Therapy/Rehabilitation Music, Healthcare, Therapy/Rehabilitation Citizenship Status U.S. Citizens Open to students accepted to or currently enrolled in an accredited school of occupational therapy.
