The fellow will design, fabricate, functionalise and characterise monovalent-selective ion-exchange membranes, evaluate electrodialysis performance, collaborate on process integration and modelling, publish findings, join consortium reporting and mentor students where relevant.

A completed doctorate in membrane science and technology, chemical engineering, materials science, polymer science, chemistry, electrochemistry or a closely related field is required, with strong experimental experience in membrane fabrication and characterisation and very good English. Candidates at the final PhD stage may be considered if thesis submission or defence is documented, but the doctorate must be completed before starting.
