Your Mission:

You'll take full ownership of building and scaling our Europe-wide creator and partnership network. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll develop strategic initiatives, execute them hands-on, and create a direct impact on revenue growth.

Your Mission

• Build, grow, and continuously expand a Europe-wide network of creators, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management of partners while developing scalable processes to support long-term growth.
• Drive partner performance by monitoring and optimizing key KPIs, including revenue, Earnings per Click (EPC), conversion rate, and average order value (AOV).
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with affiliate platforms, publishers, and strategic business partners.
• Design and implement innovative commission structures, incentive programs, and partner activation strategies to maximize performance.
• Expand into new European markets by establishing relationships with local creators, affiliates, and partner networks.
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to unlock cross-channel growth opportunities and maximize overall business impact.
• Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable results.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Partnership Marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
• Proven experience managing, optimizing, and scaling affiliate or creator programs.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond your immediate responsibilities and position affiliate marketing as a key growth driver.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with creators, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven, with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
