Maintain and reconcile general-ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, assist month-end and year-end closes, reconcile bank and credit-card statements, process accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports and budget tracking, support payroll and expenses, assist tax/regulatory reporting, maintain documentation and support audits and process/internal-control improvements.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred, along with 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing or a related industry. Requires accounting-software proficiency, GAAP knowledge, Excel/Microsoft Office, analytical and organizational skills, and strong written/verbal English and Spanish.
