Eesti Rahvusringhääling (ERR) Opportunities

Responsibilities include administering document-management software and user accounts, providing user support and training, implementing software changes with developers, creating standard document forms, updating internal information-management documents, publishing documents in accordance with the Public Information Act, and handling records and archiving tasks.

Requires relevant higher education in information management and information systems, information science, archives or a similar field; at least five years of information-management experience; ICT knowledge needed for information management; knowledge of legislation governing information management, public information and archives; good Estonian and preferably B1-B2 English; and strong analytical and communication skills. Public-sector information-management experience, WebDesktop or Microsoft SharePoint experience and data-protection knowledge are advantageous.
