The Excellence Internship Program places participants on real infrastructure, energy and technology projects in areas such as technical office, project management and site management. The current Andorra listing states 30 hours per week for nine months, technical training in data analysis and new technologies leading to a UNIR own qualification, mentoring by senior engineers and potential permanent hiring after successful completion.

Applicants should have completed or be close to completing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, Civil, Roads or Mining Engineering, Architecture or Building. Candidates taking or holding a master's degree are prioritized. Morning availability and interest in infrastructure, energy and technology are requested.
