Provider: Foster Care to Success This scholarship is open to students who meet the eligibility criteria below: Grade Level High School Seniors & College Students State Residency Washington DC Washington DC Other Background / Interest Foster Care Citizenship Status U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents Minimum Age 18 years old Maximum Age 21 years old The Washington D.C. Education and Training Voucher Program provides financial assistance to residents of Washington, D.C. who have been in foster care and wish to attend college.
