Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to expand polymer sales across African markets. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a willingness to travel extensively for market expansion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Expansion

• Develop and grow polymer product sales across key African markets.
• Identify new clients, distributors, wholesalers, and business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand demand trends and competitor activity.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Build trust-based partnerships with buyers, distributors, and trading companies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Performance & Execution

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for volume and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare structured sales reports and pipeline updates.

Travel & Field Engagement

• Travel to African countries for business development, client meetings, and market visits.
• Represent the company professionally in all regional engagements.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Nationality: African
• Language: Swahili (Required)
• Fluent in English; additional African languages are an advantage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in polymer, plastics, or raw material sales preferred.
• Experience working in trading companies is highly preferred.
