The 2027/2028 Czech Government Scholarship call is intended for citizens of selected developing and partner countries. The Ministry lists Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarusian democratic forces, Ethiopia, Gabon, Mauritania, Zambia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Palestine, Guatemala and Honduras. English-taught scholarship routes cover selected follow-up Master's programmes of two years and doctoral programmes generally lasting three to four years. Some Czech-language routes with preparatory Czech-language study are limited to specified countries under the official rules. Study is full-time at Czech public higher-education institutions. Applicants must use the Czech Government's electronic scholarship application system and comply with country/programme-specific conditions. Applicants must be citizens of one of the countries designated in the 2027/2028 official call and meet the academic requirements for the selected programme. Follow-up Master's applicants need an appropriate bachelor's degree; doctoral applicants need an appropriate Master's degree.
