The program includes short courses on 19–20 October, conference sessions and panels on 21–23 October, networking, and a Karthala Volcano excursion on 24 October. The registration page lists standard registration from 1 July through 30 September and on-site registration from 1 October, with fees available on request rather than a published amount. Because on-site registration continues after 30 September, no final application deadline is asserted in the structured deadline field.

The conference is intended for geothermal industry experts, academia, governments, financial institutions, NGOs and local communities. The public registration form supports both in-person and online attendance.
