PMC-8 is scheduled for 10, 11 and 14 September 2026 in Nuku’alofa. The current official page provides funded-participant nomination and self-funded registration routes. The meeting agenda identifies attendance for pre-registered participants from national meteorological and hydrological services, government agencies, the private sector, technical and development partners, and the wider meteorology community.

Relevant participants include directors and nominated staff of National Meteorological and Hydrological Services, government officials in disaster management and hydrology-related sectors, private-sector representatives, technical and development partners, and the meteorology community. Funded nominations require endorsement from a focal point; a separate self-funded registration route is also available.
