The Toiora Manager role will lead the innovation and oversite of the Toiora programme of work throughout the organisation. Situated within TamaAriki Ora, Starships M&#257ori Leadership Office, this role works closely with senior leaders and teams across Starship to guide the continued evolution of the programme. The role requires someone with the experience and capability to apply and uphold m&#257tauranga M&#257ori approaches to workforce development and wellbeing, while supporting practical systems and initiatives that strengthen the workforce across Starship Child Health.As the Toiora Manager, you will lead the implementation and ongoing development of the Toiora campaign, supporting the growth of a workforce that is well, culturally capable and dedicated to the privilege of serving our mokopuna and their wh&#257nau. Building on the foundations already established, you will foster meaningful relationships internally and externally to Starship, influence and inspire leaders across services, and support the operationalisation of Toiora. Under your leadership, grounded in the kauae runga, kauae raro knowledge systems that underpin the kaupapa, a plethora of opportunities will be offered to strengthen and advance the wellbeing and development of our workforce across Starship Child Health.Championing Wellbeing: Exemplify a commitment and understanding to the necessity of workforce wellbeing as a determiner of development and mokopuna and wh&#257nau experience.Driving Development: Managing the design, delivery and support of a workplace environment that nurtures and prioritises workforce development and wellbeing, fostering innovation in clinical practice and broaden cultural capacity, capability, competence, and safety.Strategic Leadership: Through establishing and maintaining relationships; assess, evaluate, track, and capture the efficacy of Toiora against the strategic priorities in order to socialise and share with the appropriate stakeholders.Operational Excellence: Overseeing and responding to workforce trends, collecting data, and refining strategies to promote a healthy and satisfied workforce.Collaboration and Partnerships: Building meaningful relationships with communities, externally local and global stakeholders and internal teams and offices to co-design and deliver impactful solutions.Change Management: Advocating for systems change to eliminate structural inequities and dismantle racism within Starship Child Health.This role is not about managing a programme.
