We deliver global Liquidity, Prime Brokerage and White Label services to hedge funds, family offices, brokers, banks and introducing brokers worldwide, combining cutting-edge technology with deep market expertise to give our clients an edge.

We are expanding our Sales team based in Dubai who are responsible for driving revenues & growing IG Prime’s market share across multiple geographies across MENA

newly formed Singapore team will form a significant hub for our regional aspirations and will play a critical role in a business built on global client relationships.

Your Role in the Team’s Success

The IG Prime Sales Team is looking to add a results-driven sales support specialist to our Dubai team. The successful candidate will be expected to identify, qualify & nurture potential new business opportunities across the hedge fund, family office & broker space.

You will also act as a hybrid sales support function within prime - providing administrative, operational, and customer support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, timely communication with clients, and efficient order handling to help drive revenue growth and client experience.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Prime Sale Sales support person to:

• Research and identify potential clients through online research, social media, databases, and networking platforms.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels for prospective clients within permitted territories.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
• Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
• Build comprehensive knowledge of IG Prime’s products & capabilities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure first-class service
• Support & implement sales strategies across key regions to build IG’s market share
• Represent the firm at marketing events and conferences in addition to senior sales

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to research and analyse target markets.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• A drive & ambition to grow IG Prime’s market share through new opportunities & existing relationships
