The main conference runs 7–10 December 2026, with a pedagogical workshop on 5–6 December. Registration closes 30 September. The official page lists student/postdoc fees of INR 10,000 early and INR 12,000 late, including the conference, workshop, hostel accommodation and meals; faculty fees are INR 12,000 early and INR 15,000 late, with meals included. The single structured fee is left null because pricing depends on participant category and timing.

PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty and other researchers in quantum dynamics and related chemical sciences may register; the pre-conference pedagogical workshop is aimed particularly at students.
