BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

1. Responsible overall in maintaining the current existing relationship with current accounts and make the current accounts growing.
2. Ensure to follow up and implement business development initiatives that have been implemented by N+1.
3. Taking overall ownership and working extensively with others on proposal/pitching process, including design & pricing of research, solution for new clients. Final proposal will be revised by N+1.
4. Transform cross selling done between departments from N+1 into a successful project set up.
5. Having a full knowledge of Ipsos marketing materials/credentials and taking initiatives to promote among clients Ipsos marketing material. Up to date knowledge on Ipsos marketing material.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

1. Taking overall ownership for managing current client accounts and maintain current good relationships.
2. Responsible overall in developing existing client relationships.
3. Taking overall ownership and works extensively with others on proposal/pitching process, including design & pricing of research, solution for existing clients.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1. Taking overall responsibility for the successful management of research projects, ensuring projects are delivered; on-time; on- cost to the client’s satisfaction.
2. For large scale projects to set up efficient customized processes to gain time and ensure costs savings (automation of reports…).
3. Ensuring effective management of: Project teams; Job books / financials; Clients; Suppliers; Design, Research material approvals.
4. Taking overall responsibility for cross-functional teams.
5. Taking responsibility for ensuring quality standards are adhered to, and project briefings & review meetings are completed.
6. Following processes set up by N+1 to improve project management quality and service.
7. To ensure projects are set up according to ISO standards and responsible for implementation of the ISO among N-1.

PEOPLE AND SELF MANAGEMENT

1. Contributing of N-1 development: delegation, control of the execution of the projects and training.
2. Support N+1 in the overall management of the company (as required).
3. Encouraging innovation and implementation of solutions in order to contribute to increase the efficiency of the team.
4. Supporting N+1 in implementing processes to increase the efficiency of the team.
5. To delegate efficiently to N-1 (clarifications of roles, of task, deadlines, set Up KPIs) in order to contribute to increase the overall efficiency of the project.
6. Promoting and sharing of knowledge and development of job skills of N-1 in others via: General trainings; Providing on-the-job mentoring and monitoring; Giving constructive direct feedback; Delegating effectively; Empowering / providing support as necessary.
7. 'Update N+1 in an accurate way and proactively offer solutions to N+1.
8. Proactively seeking out opportunities for own self-development, via informal and formal learning events (e.g.: establishing a mentor relationship, attending training courses etc).
9. Contributing to short and mid term team development.
10. Advanced technical skill and knowledge on all related business unit focus, and specialist in at least 1 area of expertise.
11. Treating others with respect at all times.

FINANCE, P&L AND ADMINISTRATIVE

1. Supporting N+1 in achieving targeted P&L.
2. Delivering financial targets for its own projects including: TO; GM%.
3. Controlling GM as per the forecast DC and ensure a proactive follow up of all DC and invoices, responsible to follow up on payment from clients.
4. Ensuring all jobs are accurate (end date, forecast GM) and ensuring a follow up of GM.
5. Taking responsibility on general administrative (timesheets…) and HR compliance on personal and team level.
