Korea Hana Foundation Opportunities

Eligible groups in the 2026 second-half call are North Korean defectors who are graduate students, university students, high-school students or equivalency-exam passers, and eligible children of North Korean defectors born in a third country or South Korea who are university students, high-school students or equivalency-exam passers. Applicants must follow the category-specific documentation rules in the official notice; third-country- and South-Korea-born children generally need career/education counseling unless exempt under the notice.
