As operations grow more complex, the Director of Operations needs a specialized administrative assistant who already understands the wholesale side of the business and can plug in immediately across their existing systems. This role exists because the business runs on a growing number of interconnected platforms — wholesale ordering, invoicing, and e-commerce — and the current team needs dedicated support to keep orders, invoices, and client records moving accurately and on time.
