The role provides senior clerical and administrative support, maintains attendance and vacation schedules, manages purchase orders/invoices and office supplies, maintains filing systems, prepares routine correspondence and reports, coordinates administrative follow-up, and guides junior clerical staff. The official salary range is EC$41,196–EC$51,180 per year (K22–K27).

Requires five CXC/CSEC subjects; an Associate's Degree is an asset. At least two years of related experience, computer knowledge and working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required, along with organization, communication, recordkeeping, confidentiality and teamwork skills.
