PH - PAID MEDIA CREATIVE SPECIALIST We're looking for a PH - Marketing Creative Specialist to own the creative outcomes for paid social campaigns — concepts, iterations, and final static and video deliverables — directly driving the metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result) that determine campaign performance, while also making ads that are beautiful and delight our clients. You'll also be stepping into building and owning AI-augmented creative workflows — using AI as leverage to increase the volume and quality of what you ship, without letting it replace your own trend instincts and creative judgment. We’re looking for a creative who loves Meta - who lives and breathes Instagram. And who is obsessed with what makes content convert - both organically and in paid ads. You’ll get the autonomy and creative freedom to make amazing designs - and the responsibility for how those perform, and more importantly, using how they perform to improve what we make next. Done well, you’ll help us build creative capability that not just delights our clients, but delivers on ROI and growth. OUR OBJECTIVES FOR THE ROLE

• Ship creatives that delight our practices: creatives that highlight what’s best about their practices, results, and branding – and that they’re so excited about that they regularly ask us if they can post our ads as organic content on their feeds, too.
• Own creative performance (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result) across your designs – and turn patterns of performance into meaningful insights and repeatable elements or frameworks that get actioned in feedback loops into your work and the broader team.
• Spot trends and micro-trends and translate them into on-brand, executable static and video creatives – that appeal to the right audiences and pain points for a given campaign.
• Demonstrate command of production tools, specs, file setup, and platform requirements across Meta placements, and become a go-to resource on specs and complex production issues (compression, accessibility, delivery).
• Contribute to AI-driven creative workflows and frameworks — for concepting, production, or testing — that get adopted across the broader creative team.
• Scale a creative process or workflow into standard team practice, and act as a subject-matter expert whose creative-performance patterns guide the rest of the team. WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Top Tier Aesthetic Taste — you know the exact layouts, fonts, music, and styling that will make creative pop. You can design for multiple aesthetics and never ship a boring or basic creative.
• Creative ownership and execution — you can spot a trend, shape the concept, write the direction, and personally ship the work across both static and video, within provided frameworks, not just execute someone else's brief. This includes writing the copy and executing the design work, on-brand, and owning its performance in the ad platforms.
• Performance fluency — you're fluent in performance creative and think in terms of the metrics that matter: CTR, hook rate, cost per result, and ultimately, ROI.
• Turn Patterns into Systems — you see the hook that performs in every video ad you ship as a repeatable element you should mix into every new video we script, and that one red button that always makes a graphic’s cost per lead lower as your ace in your back pocket for accounts whose creative just doesn’t hit. And you’re ready to take this skill further into templates that de-risk creative performance, using insights from across a portfolio of brands running similar ads.
• Production mastery — deep command of specs, file setup,editing/creating tools (including AI augmentation), and platform requirements, with the ability to independently resolve production issues that stump others.
• Trend fluency — you already think like a trend-setter; spotting what's next is a skill you own, not something you outsource to an algorithm.
• Productive use of AI — you build and own AI-augmented workflows, using AI as leverage rather than a crutch or a replacement for your judgment. Ads and creatives that are obviously AI give you the ick - and you would never give us a final product that looks like Claude, or Chat, or some other AI tool’s basic output - even though you probably did use them to help you execute it.
