Provider: National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials-Connecticut Chapter This scholarship is open to students who meet the eligibility criteria below: Grade Level High School Seniors & College Students State Residency Connecticut Connecticut Minimum GPA 2.5 Miscellaneous Applicants must be residents of conventional public housing developments and Section 8 assisted apartments that are managed by member agencies of CONN NAHRO. The John J. Kelly Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for college study in any state to residents of public housing managed by member agencies of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (CONN NAHRO).
