We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented ERP Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable ERP solutions, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Explain ERP solutions, features, benefits, and services to prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team when required.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on ERP products, market trends, and competitors.
• Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes and ERP software is an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
