The Labour Hire Licensing Scheme is established under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017. The Operations Manager role is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver labour hire licensing services. The role requires a person with significant experience in team management in a compliance environment and in administrative decision making. In the role, you will have the ability to deal with technical and complex matters in a regulatory environment, including supporting inspectors in carrying out their compliance monitoring and enforcement functions. The role requires you to operate with a high degree of autonomy in managing risks, balancing conflicting demands and delivering programs and projects.See role description for further information.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
