OneBullEx is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of our brand evolution. The primary objective of this role is to elevate OneBullEx from a standard crypto trading platform into a credible, trusted, and professional financial brand. Additionally, this role will support group-level messaging (20%) to strengthen OneMore Group’s overall ecosystem positioning and global presence.

As Marketing Manager, you will be the primary driver of our English and international brand presence. Working closely with Western/English-speaking Business Development teams, partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and industry experts, you will build authentic, high-quality media assets. Your work—ranging from executive interviews and market analyses to video series and event coverage—will give OneBullEx a distinct, professional voice built on trust, transparency, and authority.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Own Brand Narrative: Define and maintain the positioning, tone of voice, and messaging for OneBullEx across all English-speaking channels.
• Elevate Brand Perception: Transition brand perception from promotion-heavy messaging to a mature, secure, and institutionally trusted financial platform.
• Group Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure OneMore Group’s vision, broader ecosystem, and underlying infrastructure are clearly communicated to international stakeholders.

English Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

• Content Engine: Lead the end-to-end English content strategy across social media, research, press releases, and executive communications.
• Market Insights: Translate complex topics—such as crypto market dynamics, TradFi integration, AI, macro trends, and institutional trading—into accessible, high-impact content.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Establish a recognized English-facing presence through short-form video, podcasts, video interviews, panel discussions, and commentary.

Content Execution & Channel Management

• Pipeline Ownership: Manage the international editorial calendar and cross-platform publishing schedule (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium, and Web).
• Multi-Format Production: Direct and produce written research, short/long-form video content, graphics, and executive thought leadership.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement analytics and optimize content delivery based on key brand health metrics and engagement performance.

PR, Media & Industry Partnerships

• External Communications: Oversee PR outreach, media pitching, thought leadership placements, and strategic announcements.
• KOL & Media Management: Manage relationships with external media outlets, agencies, freelancers, and industry influencers.
• Event & Launch Support: Lead marketing and coverage efforts for product launches, major announcements, and international industry events.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

• Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product, BD, Research, Design, and Executive teams to source stories and translate technical updates into market-facing narratives.
• Hands-on Execution: Drive projects from concept to final delivery, combining strategic direction with tactical execution.

Qualifications

• Language: Native or near-native written and spoken English skills with an established portfolio of high-quality financial or technical writing.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience across Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, Corporate Communications, or PR.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets. Direct experience within Crypto/Web3, FinTech, Trading, Asset Management, or Investment Banking is highly preferred.
• Camera Comfort: Experience presenting on camera, conducting video interviews, or producing audio/video content.
• Execution Focus: Proven track record of personally producing high-caliber content while simultaneously managing cross-functional projects and agency partners.
