We’re hiring a Business Sales Executive who can drive IT solutions sales across the UAE market. This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise software, ERP systems, CRM platforms, integrations, and digital transformation solutions.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting technology solutions, and closing deals with businesses looking to modernize their operations using automation, ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions.

This role blends lead generation + consultative selling + client relationship management, because selling modern IT solutions requires understanding both technology and business processes.

Lead Generation & Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, founders, and business leaders.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

• Understand client business processes and technology challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of local UAE sales experience (mandatory).

• Experience in IT sales / enterprise software sales.

• Strong understanding of business software such as:

• Integration solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills
