Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat Opportunities

The general internship programme offers hands-on experience in regional policy and governance, trade and economic development, legal services, climate change and resilience, communications and public affairs, and corporate services including finance, human resources and information services. Internships are generally unpaid, although a transport allowance may be available depending on circumstances. Placements are limited and competitive.

Applicants should have completed at least two years of study toward a relevant degree, demonstrate strong academic performance and a good record of achievement, and be prepared to work professionally and independently. Non-Fiji citizens require appropriate immigration approvals for the placement.
