Permanent Mission of the Principality of Liechtenstein to the United Nations Opportunities

The Mission states that internships normally last four months in January–April, May–August or September–December blocks, with particular interest around the UN General Assembly main session from September to December. Interns are integrated into the delegation and receive responsible assignments according to their education and experience. Internships are generally unpaid; a very limited number of paid placements are reserved for Liechtenstein citizens and people resident in Liechtenstein.

Preferred applicants have completed a degree, have very good English and German, excellent written communication, relevant prior knowledge of international relations and IT skills including social media. Other language skills are desirable but not required. The limited paid placements are specifically for Liechtenstein citizens and persons resident in Liechtenstein.
