As a Team Leader – Account Management , you will supervise and support a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, ensuring high service standards for Super's high-value players whilst developing the team, improving processes, and aligning day-to-day operations with business goals. You will act as the main point of reference for the team, providing guidance, feedback, and support, and working closely with internal stakeholders to improve performance and player experience. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-growing iGaming operation. You will directly impact team performance, player satisfaction, and business growth, while helping build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. This role is based in Rio de Janeiro. What the role involves Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support Account Managers and Account Executives, ensuring clear priorities, motivation, and high performance Team Development: Support individuals and the team in professional and personal development through training and mentoring Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, set goals, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and development plans Operational Oversight: Ensure daily account management activities are executed correctly, efficiently, and in line with company standards Process Improvement: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements to tools, processes, and team structure Player Experience Oversight: Oversee the quality of player interactions and strategies to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for high-value players Event & Engagement Support: Support the team in planning and executing player events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, Responsible Gaming, and Support teams to align strategies and resolve issues Reporting & Insights: Review performance reports, player behaviour trends, and team insights to support decision-making and planning What we are looking for Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and performance management Willingness to attend events and support the team in client-facing activities when needed Nice to have Previous experience managing teams in KAM, VIP, or Support functions within the iGaming or betting industry, or a similar environment What we offer Medical / Health Insurance Open Annual Leave Employee Assistance Programme Training & Learning Development Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
