Impact:

As Tailwind's Commercial Manager, you will lead new business development in the UAE, with a dual mandate: growing our footprint across Tailwind's established ad technology portfolio (Integral Ad Science & Innovid ad server), and spearheading the launch of our own media curation product, Marshall, into one of the most high-growth ad markets in the world.

You'll be building relationships from scratch and deepening them where they already exist — working across some of the region's most recognizable tourism, travel, government and enterprise brands, while helping shape how a brand-new product finds its footing in a market that hasn't seen it yet.

In this role you will be reporting directly to Tailwind's Regional Head and working alongside Tailwind's team based in the UAE & Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, prospect and open new business opportunities across the UAE, with a primary focus on agencies.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline from first outreach through to signed contract, owning the full sales cycle.
• Lead the go-to-market push for our media curation product in the UAE — introducing it to the market, shaping early positioning, and converting first movers into flagship clients.
• Build genuine, senior-level relationships with clients and agencies, becoming a trusted advisor, not just a vendor.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across large, complex organisations including tourism boards, airlines and public sector bodies.
• Represent Tailwind at industry events, client roundtables and regional forums, building the brand's presence in-market.
• Develop deep fluency across Tailwind's technology stack and our own media curation product, becoming able to consult, not just pitch.
• Stay ahead of UAE and regional digital advertising trends, translating them into a sharp, credible narrative for clients.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a smooth path from first conversation to onboarding.
• Keep CRM and pipeline reporting accurate and up to date, and report into the Regional Head on progress against targets.

We’ re looking for someone who:

• Has 3-5 years in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally within ad tech, digital media or a related SaaS/tech environment.
• Demonstrates a track record of proactively generating and closing new business — not just managing what lands in their inbox.
• Is confident selling into multiple stakeholders, from marketing managers to director and VP-level decision makers.
• Has a strong grasp of the digital advertising ecosystem — Paid Social Platforms, DSPs, SSPs, Ad servers, Verification Platforms — or a fast ability to learn it.
• Exhibits sharp negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the composure to manage a long, multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
• Has a genuine entrepreneurial streak — ready to help write the playbook for a product launch, not just follow one.
• Embraces a collaborative, positive, and can-do approach.
• Enjoys business traveling when needed.
• Is fluent in English (required); Arabic is a strong plus given the market.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
