SUMMARY: The Senior Director of Sales & Business Development is responsible for leading CarepathRx's sales organization and driving enterprise growth across specialty pharmacy, home infusion, telepharmacy, patient access, and health system pharmacy solutions. This leader establishes and executes comprehensive sales strategies that strengthen existing client relationships, expand market presence, and accelerate revenue growth across the CarepathRx portfolio. Reporting to the President of CarepathRx, will serves as a key member of the leadership team and is accountable for developing and executing medium- and long-term growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role leads a high-performing sales organization, cultivates executive-level relationships with health systems and strategic partners, and collaborates across operations, client success, product, implementation, and finance functions to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional client outcomes.
