The congress combines neuroscience, mental health and public policy through four thematic routes. The official page marks route 1, Mentes Sin Fronteras, as full while routes 2–4 still expose registration. Capacity is 300 places. Sessions run 12:00–17:00 on 10 September and 09:00–17:00 on 11 September at Ciudad Universitaria Zona 12. A diploma is available with accredited attendance.
