The English-taught, in-person programme begins 19 October 2026 and combines economics, statistics, programming, econometrics, machine learning, policy analysis, data ethics and AI governance, applied coursework and a master's thesis. Annual tuition is USD 6,000 for students from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan and USD 12,000 for other international students. UCA states that a limited number of merit-based scholarships are available but does not publish a fixed scholarship amount or coverage on the verified page. The final programme application deadline is 4 October 2026; 20 September is the scholarship-consideration deadline.

Applicants need a recognised bachelor's degree or equivalent, normally a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent, university-level mathematics including calculus and linear algebra, and English proficiency. Accepted English evidence includes TOEFL iBT 90, IELTS Academic 6.5, an English-taught university degree or the UCA English Proficiency Test. Relevant quantitative backgrounds are welcomed; programming and professional experience are advantageous but not required.
