University of Oxford - CaribOx Opportunities

The University of Oxford's CaribOx programme is accepting applications for its 2027 Visiting Fellowship Scheme. The fellowship lasts 12 months from January 2027 and combines ten months of virtual engagement with two months in Oxford from 25 April to 19 June 2027. The official call describes support associated with the Oxford visit and requires applicants to identify an Oxford collaborator. Applications close at 17:00 UK time on 15 September 2026.

The official call is open across disciplines to applicants with a PhD or equivalent who are legal residents of a Caribbean country, including the Windward and Leeward Islands, and are fully employed by a Caribbean academic institution for the fellowship term. Applicants must plan to return to the Caribbean, have an Oxford collaborator, secure home-institution approval and have intermediate English.
