The annual one-time scholarship is HUF 300,000–500,000. Applications require the signed application form, CV with evidence, academic records for the previous two completed semesters and a research-group or unit leader recommendation.

Applicants must be full-time Faculty of Engineering students beginning at least their third active semester in a bachelor’s programme or at least their first active semester in a master’s programme. Each of the last two completed semesters must have a weighted average of at least 3.51, and applicants must demonstrate technical or scientific activity beyond curriculum requirements. The call also lists incompatible concurrent awards or student employment.
