Construction Bookkeeper (Buildertrend) Company: Virtual Construction Assistants Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | US hours Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Bookkeeper to support a construction-focused client. This role requires hands-on experience with Buildertrend , construction bookkeeping, and vendor/subcontractor billing. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team. Key Responsibilities Manage the entry and processing of vendor bills, invoices, receipts, and payments through Buildertrend Review invoices and billing documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper project allocation Investigate and resolve discrepancies between Purchase Orders and vendor/subcontractor billings Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing, including preparing vendor and subcontractor payments Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and contact information Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, project managers, and internal staff regarding invoices, receipts, bi
