Overview  As a Technical Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic Esri customers, helping them design, implement, optimize, and evolve enterprise geospatial systems that support critical business operations. Working at the intersection of GIS, enterprise IT, cloud technologies, and emerging capabilities such as AI-enabled workflows, you will help organizations maximize the value of their ArcGIS investments and accelerate adoption of innovative solutions.  This role goes beyond traditional technical consulting. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business objectives, evaluate technical requirements, guide architectural decisions, and deliver hands-on technical enablement across the ArcGIS platform. You will help customers operationalize new capabilities, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive long-term success through trusted advisory relationships.  The ideal candidate is a GIS technical generalist who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with customers, and learning new technologies. You are comfortable navigating enterprise environments, translating technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes, and helping customers realize the full potential of GIS technology.  Join a team dedicated to solving complex technical challenges and delivering transformational solutions that help customers innovate, modernize operations, and achieve their strategic goals.  The Professional Services division is the consulting and implementation arm of Esri. We break ground in new markets, push the technology envelope, and ultimately deliver transformational solutions to high-profile clients worldwide.
