This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Supervisor, (Healthcare) based in Brazil. This role leads the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi-channel paid media accounts within the healthcare sector. You will own account execution while partnering with senior media leaders to shape strategic direction and planning. The position combines hands-on campaign management, performance optimization, testing, reporting, and full-funnel media strategy. You will act as a trusted subject-matter expert for clients, translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The role also includes mentoring Media Managers and helping strengthen their strategic and technical capabilities. You will continuously identify opportunities to expand channels, media investment, and account scope while testing emerging approaches. Working remotely with a high degree of autonomy, you will have a direct impact on client growth and measurable business outcomes.

Own the end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts, ensuring strong execution and performance. Monitor pacing, KPIs, efficiency targets, and account health while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization. Lead paid media strategy, planning, roadmaps, campaign ideation, and structured testing frameworks. Manage and mentor 1–2+ Media Managers, supporting their strategic development, technical skills, and professional growth. Partner with Account Managers and senior media leadership to align media strategies with client objectives and broader business outcomes. Serve as a key internal and external point of contact for assigned accounts. Lead client communications, performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations. Oversee account maintenance, including campaign optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and ad copy revisions. Develop and execute monthly and quarterly testing plans covering account structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion strategies. Drive full-funnel media strategy development, validation, measurement, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to increase media investment, expand channel adoption, and broaden account scope. Monitor industry developments, evaluate emerging platforms, and contribute to the evolution of paid media capabilities. Requirements 6–10+ years of professional experience in paid media. Proven experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets ranging from approximately $100K to $1MM+. Strong background in paid media strategy, media planning, testing frameworks, performance measurement, and optimization across multiple channels. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and paid social platforms; LinkedIn and TikTok experience is a plus. Experience developing full-funnel strategies, video campaigns, and lead-generation programs. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and performance optimization; GA4 experience is a plus. Ability to write effective ad copy, guide creative strategy, define asset requirements, and establish creative testing processes. Strong client-facing experience, including presenting insights, communicating recommendations, and confidently defending strategic decisions. Previous experience managing and mentoring team members. Experience in or exposure to healthcare marketing is highly relevant for this role. Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is required.
