Your Role

As a Sales Support (m/f/d), you will act as a central interface between customers, field sales, and internal departments. In addition to classic sales tasks, you will also take on coordinating and project-related responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation, follow-up, and management of quotations
• Order processing from purchase to delivery, including tracking
• Support and consulting for existing customers as well as handling customer inquiries
• Maintenance and further development of the CRM system, including reporting and analysis
• Interface management between sales, marketing, logistics, and accounting
• Support with tenders, bids, and international customer projects
• Contribution to the optimization and further development of sales processes
• Support of marketing activities (e.g., campaigns, lead management, market analysis)
• Handling organizational and administrative tasks in daily operations
• Sales project tracking

Qualifications And Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration or a related field
• Initial professional experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Experience in a dynamic environment (SME, start-up, project-driven business) is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Hands-on mentality and high level of initiative
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Team player with flexibility in a growing environment
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Additional languages are a plus (e.g., Spanish, French)
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., medical technology or pharmaceuticals) is desirable
• Experience working with international customers
• Experience working within organizational structures in start-ups, scale-ups, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
