Proven Sales Experience: a strong track record in media or digital advertising sales, with real numbers to back it up

Tech Fluency: confident with Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; Salesforce or CRM experience is a bonus

Business-Level English: strong written and spoken communication; Russian or Kazakh is a major plus
