Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented, driven, and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our ambitious UK sales team. In this quota-carrying role, you will be an unphased individual contributor, adept at managing a seven-figure revenue target and engaging with companies ranging from innovative mid-market organizations to some of the biggest global enterprise brands (such as Spotify, Burberry, and Mercedes AMG).

Biztory is a ‘services-first’ organization. You will prioritize the sale of our premier consultancy services and expertise to drive transformative projects in the Data and AI space. You will own the full sales lifecycle, collaborating closely with both internal technical specialists and external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take ownership of revenue and margin generation in alignment with the Biztory UK Commercial plan. Your responsibilities will span across several core areas:

New Business Development & Full-Cycle Sales

• Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market organizations through strategic outbound activities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting, discovery, and qualification through proposal generation, negotiation, and contract close.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, statements of work (SOWs), project scopes, and robust commercial business cases to executive boards.
• Manage the health of the sales pipeline and conversion rates for new opportunities generated from partner channels (SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise).

Strategic Account Management & Expansion

• Manage and rapidly expand existing customer accounts by proactively identifying additional consulting, digital transformation, and AI activation opportunities.
• Build, nurture, and manage trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, and Analytics Leaders.
• Create innovative positioning to influence customers, unlocking expansion potential and ensuring continued success for existing clients.

Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration

• Work closely with Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake and other technology partners to develop joint go-to-market opportunities and aligned account strategies.
• Build and nurture deep relationships with partner representatives at all levels to maximize lead generation and co-selling opportunities.
• Support the broader team in working within the Salesforce/Tableau ecosystem, partner technologies, and Biztory’s own IP solutions.

Technical Alignment & Solution Shaping

• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with both business and technical stakeholders to fully understand their data, analytics, and technology requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical consultants and solution architects to shape appropriate, scalable solutions across the modern data stack.

Requirements

Sales Experience

• Proven track record in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, ideally selling complex tech services, SaaS, or software into mid-market and enterprise clients.

Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of BI, Analytics, Data Strategy, and AI solutions. Experience shaping solutions around modern data stack technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, dbt).

Stakeholder Management

• Extensive experience selling to C-Suite, "Heads of," and VP-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data). Ideally also some experience working with Technology Partners.

Sales Methodology

• Practical, working understanding of the MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) sales methodology to drive predictable pipeline and closed revenue.

Commercial Acumen

• Adept at preparing statements of work (SOWs) and commercial business cases; successful history of closing seven-figure deals and handling complex negotiations.

AI Proficiency

• Demonstrable experience and skills in leveraging AI to streamline the sales process, enhance productivity, and improve prospecting.
