Opportunities from Chevening — Georgia

Chevening is the UK Government’s international scholarship programme for one-year taught master’s study. Standard scholarship coverage includes tuition fees, approved economy travel to and from the applicant’s country of residence, an arrival allowance, the entry-clearance visa application cost, a departure allowance, a monthly living stipend, a travel top-up allowance, and up to £75 toward TB testing where required. The official Georgia country page confirms that applications for the 2027–2028 round are open.

Applicants must meet the current Chevening rules, including citizenship of a Chevening-eligible country or territory, the applicable residence condition for ODA-eligible awards, a commitment to return to the country of award for at least two years after the scholarship, at least 2,800 hours of eligible work experience gained after completing the undergraduate degree, and an undergraduate degree that qualifies for UK master’s study and was completed at least two years before the application deadline. Applicants must choose three different eligible UK master’s courses and meet the current programme exclusions and conditions.
