Drive strategic decisions by leveraging deep expertise in On Prem, SaaS, cloud, and AI to deliver cybersecurity and observability insights. Serve as the Account Orchestrator by aligning Splunk solutions with customer goals to accelerate revenue growth and long term value. Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation and forecasting to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate across the Cisco ecosystem to ensure alignment with sales processes while monitoring market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to drive significant revenue growth.
• Prospect and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across all levels.
• Provide expert guidance on security, observability, and AI market trends to support customer adoption and strategic alignment.
• Lead executive conversations regarding Generative AI and data transformation to position Splunk as a trusted partner.
• Align AI-powered capabilities with customer business objectives to improve operational resilience and security outcomes.
• Anticipate evolving customer needs by leveraging deep industry knowledge and analysis of business models.
• Develop effective account strategies and relationship maps based on competitor and customer insights.
• Interpret shifts in the competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor + Minimum 8 years of sales experience within an enterprise software vendor.
• Proven knowledge of the UAE customer landscape.
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or observability solutions into large enterprise or public sector organizations.
• Experience leading executive-level conversations around AI, Generative AI, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to articulate the business value of AI-powered solutions and translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes.
