Opportunities from City of Cape Town

The City’s current registration notice covers several work-based learning pathways. Graduate internships provide practical workplace skills transfer, while work-integrated learning is available where workplace experience is required to complete a qualification. Applicants first activate the City careers service, create an online CV and then use the job-search application to register for a relevant internship. This record does not claim a guaranteed placement or a fixed stipend because the current notice does not promise either for every graduate internship.

Applicants must live in Cape Town and meet the minimum requirements for the pathway selected. The current notice states that a graduate internship requires a bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification. Work-integrated learning routes have separate qualification and institution-letter requirements.
