The Educational Student Loan Fund opened applications for the fall semester of the 2026–2027 academic year from 3 August 2026. Social and standard education student loans are available to eligible students. Applicants generally must have no academic debt from the preceding semester. For first-semester standard loans, the Fund lists minimum admission indicators by education level; social-loan applicants are not subject to those minimum admission-score thresholds.
