The programme combines professional training and paid internships to support the labour-market integration of 1,000 young people in northern Mozambique. The Government of Mozambique describes it as World Bank-financed and implemented by MozYouth, structured over a 15-month implementation period with technical-capacity building, professional integration and local economic-development objectives.

Mozambican youth aged 18 to 35 in Cabo Delgado, Nampula or Niassa. The programme states a gender-inclusion target under which at least 60% of participants are women. Applicants should use the official youth portal and linked application route for any additional current selection requirements.
