Purpose of Role/Summary:

Branding & PR Manager owns brand consistency and public reputation across INGOT Group's three brands INGOT, Rise, and Finoro. You safeguard a distinct, on brand identity for each entity while ensuring all three operate under a coherent Group level architecture. You lead PR strategy, manage media relationships across the Group's markets, and act as the guardian of brand integrity for a multi asset financial services group operating in regulated markets.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a Group level brand architecture that clearly differentiates INGOT, Rise, and Finoro while keeping each aligned to shared Group values and visual standards
• Own and enforce brand guidelines across all three brands, reviewing marketing, PR, and partner facing materials to ensure consistent tone, positioning, and visual identity Group-wide
• Bring a sharp, brand building sensibility to how each brand is presented, ensuring INGOT Group's identity reflects a premium, credible, and internationally recognized standard across wholesale trading, retail trading, and wealth management
• Tailor Group brand direction for GCC, MENA, LATAM and African markets without diluting consistency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial, business, and industry media across the Group's operating markets and key global hubs, aligned with INGOT Group's international expansion vision, securing high quality coverage for all three brands
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and media kits for product launches, sponsorships, and corporate announcements across INGOT, Rise, and Finoro
• Support senior leadership with speaking opportunities, media training, and key messaging, and act as first responder for reputational or crisis communications matters at Group level
• Maintain an active network of journalists, PR agencies, and industry publications
• Review and approve marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and partnership content across all three brands to ensure every touchpoint reflects the correct brand voice and Group standards
• Manage relationships with creative, PR, and design agencies, briefing them on Group brand standards and holding them accountable for on-brand, high quality output
• Plan flagship brand activations, launch events, exhibitions, and sponsorship activations ,that elevate the Group's presence in key markets
• Monitor brand usage and public perception across all three brands, flagging and resolving misuse, inconsistency, or reputational risk before it escalates
• Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure all branding, PR, and marketing content meets regulatory requirements across the Group's licensed jurisdictions
• And any other duties related to the role

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in branding, PR, or corporate communications, ideally spanning both luxury/retail brands and regulated industries such as financial services
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong professional English, comfortable producing bilingual materials for regional and international audiences
• Proven track record managing brand identity and PR for multiple brands or business units simultaneously, ideally within a group or holding-company structure
• Strong media network across UAE and wider MENA region, with established relationships with financial, business, and lifestyle press
• Experience managing PR and creative agencies, briefing external partners, and holding them to brand and quality standards
• Understanding of brand governance in regulated environments, with the ability to work closely with Compliance and Legal on approved messaging
• Based in Dubai, UAE, with flexibility to travel across Group markets if needed.

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (UAE)
• Role is based on-site in Dubai, UAE, reporting directly to the Brand CEO
