We're looking for a commercially driven International Sales Manager to drive new business growth across international markets. This is a quota-carrying, hunting role focused on acquiring new customers, managing consultative B2B sales cycles, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition across international markets.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through proactive business development and prospecting.
• Own the complete sales cycle from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
• Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and position Tookan as the preferred solution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene.
• Identify new market opportunities through customer insights and competitor analysis.
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, Logistics Technology, Supply Chain Technology, Fleet Management, Mobility, or Transportation Technology sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Experience managing end-to-end consultative sales cycles and engaging senior business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling solutions related to Logistics & Supply Chain Technology, Last-Mile Delivery, Fleet Management, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Route Optimization, or Field Service Management.
