The Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially focused Head of Marketing to lead and develop the marketing function across Magna Financial and Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy.

This is a high-ownership leadership role where you'll be responsible for shaping the group's marketing strategy, building and leading a growing marketing team, and ensuring marketing directly supports brand awareness, lead generation and commercial growth.

Working closely with leadership and Business Development teams globally, you'll oversee marketing activity across both businesses, ensuring campaigns, content, branding and marketing initiatives are aligned with wider business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a marketing function within a growing international group.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and delivering the marketing strategy across Magna Financial and MMC.
• Overseeing SEO, digital marketing, content, social media, paid advertising, websites and wider marketing campaigns.
• Working closely with global Business Development teams to support lead generation, revenue growth and market expansion.
• Overseeing the creation of sales collateral, presentations and marketing materials across both businesses.
• Managing external agencies, suppliers and creative partners where required.
• Identifying new opportunities, channels and technologies that can support the continued growth of the group.
• Ensuring consistent branding and marketing across all customer touchpoints and international locations.
• Managing marketing budgets and monitoring performance and ROI.
• Setting priorities, managing workloads and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered to a high standard.
• Building, leading and developing a growing marketing team across multiple disciplines.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or senior marketing leadership role.
• Experience building and leading marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, lead generation and multi-channel campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing activity with business growth.
• Experience working closely with sales or Business Development teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external partners.
• Financial services, property or professional services experience highly advantageous.
