Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leaders. Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives. Monitor customer health, identify risks, and provide strategic and technical guidance. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, Program Management, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience working with enterprise customers and cloud technologies. Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills. 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, or Program Management. 5+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry. ITIL, PMP, Prosci, or similar professional certifications.
